My work as a video editor has been instrumental in my storytelling ability. In this industry, storytelling is everything and I’ve had opportunities to work alongside some very talented people with a watchful eye. Like the seed of a large tree, I grow my own story outwards.

Flume Mixtape Visualiser
Sound design
I was the assistant editor for Flume’s mixtape visualiser. This single, static shot came in with no sound at all. Using my imagination, it was my job to use sound as a vessel for story telling and create a soundscape. There were other versions… One where Flume walks in the shop and pours a bowl of cereal to chow down. Or where he mugs the shop assistant. It was a lot of fun to create.
This is my final version before it was later mastered and released.
Plastics Don’t Disappear
A personal and provocative project that leans heavily on sound design.
I wanted to really drive home that the tons of plastics made today will outlive us, and the many generations to come.
